At Sudarshan Jewellers, we understand how important it is for your jewellery to arrive safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and deliver your orders.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. We will deliver your parcel in 6-7 business days. 

Note: International shipping is not available at this time. Please stay tuned for updates.

2. Shipping Charges

FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹999.

For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 may apply 

3. Secure Packaging

All jewellery is packed in tamper-proof, elegant boxes with adequate protection to prevent any damage during transit.

We ensure 100% discreet and safe packaging to protect both your item and your privacy.

Each shipment is fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive a tracking number via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

You can track your shipment using the courier partner's tracking link.

5. Delays or Issues

In rare cases of delays:

Our customer support team will proactively update you via email/WhatsApp.

You can also reach us directly with your order number.

6. Important Notes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders are delivered only to the shipping address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or unverifiable.

7. Damaged or Tampered Delivery

If the package appears damaged, tampered, or opened upon delivery:

Do not accept the package.

Once verified, we will send a replacement or process a full refund.
